You’ve definitely seen Amber’s braids on Instagram, and we’ve shared a lot of her hairstyles here on Gurl. Her blog is not only filled with amazing (and easy!) tutorials, but it’s also filled with Pinterest-worthy pictures of her and her adorable family.
Lauren Conrad’s The Beauty Department is great for makeup tips, but they also have a ton of awesome hair tutorials. They come in nice step-by-step photosets too so they’re easy to follow.
Kate from The Small Things can literally do anything with hair. She has tutorials on everything from teasing to some pretty fancy updos.

Curly Nikki is a go-to site for natural hair girls. The site features all sorts of natural haircare methods and tips, along with sharing in some of the struggles that girls with natural hair deal with.

Total Beauty is a great site for all things beauty related, but their hair section is the bombdotcom. There are so many good articles, product reviews, and insider industry information.
Afrobella is another amazing natural hair site that also delves into makeup and skincare too. You can find everything from natural hair product recommendations to how to make your hair stronger.

Luxy Hair is an extension company, but their tutorials are perfect even if you don’t have extensions! There are so many amazing styles, and they also break down a lot of myths and info about extensions.
Black Girl with Long Hair has all kinds of tips for natural hair, and it even breaks things down by hair and curl type!

A Beautiful Mess isn’t necessarily a beauty blog, but their hair section is to die for. They have some of the coolest tutorials ever!
If you have curly hair, you need to go on Ouidad. They’re basically the leading expert for curly hair in the industry. This site helped me figure out what my actual curl type was so I could do what was best for it.
